    Introducing Dr. Gregory Duhon, MD, an unwavering specialist in Internal Medicine, currently serving as a hospitalist with expertise spanning critical care, emergency room medicine, and crisis management. His academic journey commenced with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from LSU, followed by the attainment of his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. Subsequently, he honed his medical skills at the esteemed Jewish Hospital of Cincinnati.

     

    Embarking on a journey fueled by a core belief in the transformative potential of individuals, Dr. Greg Duhon has exemplified this philosophy since residency. Stepping away temporarily, he actively participated in flood relief efforts in his native Louisiana. Driven by compassion, he established a clinic at Baton Rouge's Celtic Media Centre, extending medical care to flood-displaced individuals.

     

    His responsibilities included managing diabetes cases, administering tetanus vaccines, dispensing prescriptions, and providing unwavering support to the victims. This commitment to compassionate care and empathetic communication has since become synonymous with Dr. Duhon, earning him admiration from both patients and fellow healthcare professionals, whether navigating crises or traditional hospital settings.

    What I Do In My Free Time

    Outside of his medical pursuits, Dr. Gregory Duhon, MD, dives into a world full of hobbies that bring him joy and excitement. He enjoys growing passion fruit, riding ocean waves, exploring new places, and cooking up Cajun and Vietnamese dishes.

     

    Whether it's patiently nurturing plants or riding the surf, these activities provide a break from his medical routine, offering relaxation and a chance to connect with nature.

     

    Adding a dash of adventure, Dr. Duhon took on a triathlon challenge from his competitive brother. His achievements, like finishing an Olympic Triathlon and a Half Ironman, showcase his athletic abilities and determination. Currently, he's gearing up for the next big challenge – the Ironman Triathlon.

     

    Dr. Duhon's life outside the hospital is a mix of nature's wonders, thrilling experiences, and a love for diverse cuisines, all contributing to a well-rounded and dynamic personal narrative.
